Subscriptions

How Premium and Premium Plus work, and how to cancel, restore or get a refund.

What you get

Monsieur François is free to download, with ads. Premium removes ads and the daily limits. Premium Plus includes Premium and adds the AI features; it is available from age 16, and AI replies can contain mistakes. Both are auto-renewing subscriptions bought through the App Store or Google Play. Before you pay, the store shows the price including tax, the period and the renewal terms.

Cancel or manage

iPhone and iPad: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Monsieur François → Cancel. Do it at least 24 hours before the current period ends.

Android: Google Play → your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Monsieur François → Cancel.

Deleting the app or your account does not cancel a subscription. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.

Restore purchases

On a new phone, sign in with the same Apple Account or Google account that made the purchase, then open the app’s settings and tap “Restore purchases”.

Refunds

Apple and Google process refunds, not us. iPhone: reportaproblem.apple.com. Android: Google Play → Order history. In the EU you generally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase; see the Terms of Service. You can also write to contact@monsieurfrancois.app and we will help.
